Part A:

  • GB101 Vegan Jelly Powder: 8g
  • Fructose Syrup: 170g
  • Sugar: 30g
  • Acesulfame Potassium(optional, for sweetness): 0.19g
  • Water: 800g
  • Potassium Sorbate(preservative): 0.45g

Part B:

  • Citric Acid: 2.5g (for tartness and flavor balance)
  • Sodium Citrate: 1g (to control acidity)
  • Malic Acid: 0.5g

Part C:

  • Flavoring of Choice: 1g (such as strawberry, lemon, or raspberry)

3.Instructions

Prepare Part A:

  • Combine the GB101 jelly powder with sugar in a bowl.
  • Slowly add this mixture into cold water while stirring continuously.
  • Add the fructose syrup, acesulfame potassium (if using), and potassium sorbate. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Allow it to cool slightly before proceeding.

Prepare Part B:

  • Dissolve citric acid, sodium citrate, and malic acid in a separate small container with a little water.
