3.Instructions

- Slowly add this mixture into cold water while stirring continuously.
- Add the fructose syrup, acesulfame potassium (if using), and potassium sorbate. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Allow it to cool slightly before proceeding.
Prepare Part B:
- Dissolve citric acid, sodium citrate, and malic acid in a separate small container with a little water.
Combine and Add Flavor:
- When the mixture in Part A has cooled to about 75°C, add the flavoring (Part C) and the prepared acid solution (Part B).

Pasteurize and Set:
- Pour the mixture into molds, cover, and pasteurize by heating at 85°C for 15 minutes to ensure stability.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully set, typically 2-4 hours.
